Neuropsychological/Psychological Assessment

Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluation: $4750

This comprehensive assessment will explore questions related to ADHD, autism, or other neurodevelopmental concerns, and/or concerns about attention, processing, executive functions and memory related to a brain injury or a medical condition. It includes assessment of IQ, mood/anxiety/psychological well-being, and in-depth customized testing related to your issues of concern.

Comprehensive Neuropsychological+ Academic Evaluation: $6000

This assessment includes all of the above, plus academic assessment (sometimes referred to as “psychoeducational”). This can help determine if there is any learning disability in reading, writing, or math (e.g., dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia) or determine your child’s current academic progress.

Evaluations require multiple sessions over different days. A $250 deposit is required at time of scheduling. A portion of your total payment will be due at each session (typically 3-4 sessions).

Forensic/ Medicolegal Evaluations: Medicolegal evaluations require a contract with an attorney as well as a retainer fee. Attorney’s offices should contact us for a rate sheet.

Psychotherapy/ Cognitive Rehabilitation/ ADHD Coaching: $250 per 50 min session

If you have PPO insurance, we are out-of-network providers and can provide you with a receipt to submit for possible reimbursement. We do not work with insurance companies directly. We cannot guarantee your insurance company will reimburse you, so please contact your insurance to determine if they will reimburse for evaluations or therapy.

Cancellation Policy: 24 business hours required; late cancellations and no-shows are charged full appointment fee
